     Becoming a Client Support Professional:

Before an individual can begin servicing a client program and provide call center services for them, they must register online then take and successfully complete the clients specific certification course to become certified for the opportunity. Certification is an investment opportunity. Like a cosmetologist, nursing assistant, machinist, or general contractor, it prepares the learner to be a true client professional to ensure quality support is provided. Learners will gain knowledge related to the client, call types, customers, and how to be successful.

Online Class

Courses range anywhere from 10 days to 8 weeks in length, each session is normally 4 hours long, and each class will have approximately 20 to 50 students. Sessions will not be held on weekends or Holidays and students are not required to be on camera at any time. Often the course is led by a live instructor however there may also be self-directed components which you may be required to complete prior to the next day’s class. Everything is virtual. Videos and audio components are built into the online experience; class is recorded everyday for review if needed when providing call center services.​

CERTIFICATION

Home Based Client Support Professional

     The average course tuition to become certified range between $29.99 and $199.99 (often on sale during the high call volume season); such fee is dependent on the client and outlined on your accounts dashboard once registered. This certification course is required by the clients in order to service and use their programs - see a list of clients here.

 

       These courses provide information on the client’s systems that will be used while servicing, as well as the performance metrics laid out in the operative Statement of Work and other information about the client program. Per Client(s); Individuals must attend class on time, every day and participate throughout the course to graduate and earn your certification to provide services. Upon successful completion, individuals will then be issued a contract outlining their SOW (Statement of Work) prior to providing services. Compensation for services will be deposited, using the Payroll Method of the individuals choice outlined in the contract, on the first and fifteenth of each month. Invoices are posted a day prior to deposit for review in the event that either party has a dispute.

The following schedule applies for all cancellations:

  • No refund requests will be honored after the individual has enrolled in a certification course.

  • Once enrolled, fees paid cannot be transferred between opportunities.

  • No refunds will be given if the individual is not able to complete certification or fails to certify.

 
Misrepresentation Policy 
It is expected that the individual enrolled in a client certification course will attend as scheduled, perform their own work on all assignments and take exams with honor, integrity, and professionalism. The clients have a zero tolerance for cheating and unethical behavior. This includes but is not limited to (1) someone other than the enrolled individual attending a certification course on his or her behalf; (2) publishing, in any manner, whether written or oral, course materials, work, assignments, projects, exam questions, or results; or (3) the performance or submission of assignments or exams that is not the work of the enrolled individual.
The decision as to whether an individual has engaged in cheating or other unethical behavior is at the sole discretion of the client. Any individual so engaged will be immediately dropped from the client certification course and may be grounds for permanent removal from the network and our services- registration will expire immediately.
 
Course Drop Policy 
If an individual voluntarily drops from a certification course, they must wait a period of four weeks before re-enrolling in any other opportunity per platform penalty policy. 

Tuition Assistance Program

Individuals unable to afford the schooling costs associated with becoming a certified agent may apply for tuition assistance through our grant program. Such assistance is not a guarantee and may include a wait list of up to seven days as funds are first come, first serve. Individuals are able to apply for assistance of up to $300. For more details or to check your eligibility, contact us here.

We suggest that you:
• Take the time to learn about the position inside out.
• Review each client to determine which best fits your needs and flexibility.

• Read through the opportunity's info tab thoroughly.
• Talk to others who may have taken the course by joining our private club after registering.
• Ask questions BEFORE you make the commitment to the certification course and submit tuition funds.​
