Keep this in mind:

  • Schooling is required and is not negotiable- Per the clients policy; individuals must complete the online schooling required in order to obtain a certification and be certified for Client Support Professional Services. See details here.

  • All contracted agents are required to service a minimum of 15/20 hours per week per contract as outlined in the statement of work; additional hours may be serviced by your choice depending on your flexibility and the clients needs.

  • The job description located in your account after successfully registering here, provides detailed information about each clients position, the hours of operation of which you can schedule your hours between and the peak demand hours for the client. Be sure that the hours align with your desired schedule before you express interest in any of the opportunity's.

  • Certain clients have specific servicing hour requirements, which will be detailed in the job description. For example, some clients require weekends or call center services on certain holidays.  Therefore, be sure to thoroughly review the description and contract to ensure that you have selected a position with a client that you will have no problem servicing.

  • Note: The better you perform over time, the better you'll do - thus earning yourself one step closer to those extra incentives or higher compensation!

Here is a scope of skills and experience recommended to ensure the project and your performance is completed accurately and proficiently; preferred but not required.

  • Prior call center and/or customer service experience preferred but not required

  • Confident, articulate, professional speaking abilities, and empathetic listener

  • Excellent verbal communication, listening skills, and excellent phone etiquette (Clear crisp speech)

  • Clear understanding of the English language as well as an ability to clearly communicate in the English language

  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times

  • Excellent judgment and decision making skills

  • Ability to multitask efficiently between phones and computers

  • Enthusiasm and a strong goal-oriented work ethic

  • Ability to ask probing questions and overcome objections

  • High School Diploma preferred but not required

  • Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and certification course to become certified

  • Most importantly- The Willingness to Learn and excel

*Basic Computer Knowledge Highly Recommended

  • How to use a mouse and keyboard properly
  • How to Turn on/off the computer properly
  • Management of computer files and desktops
  • Create, save, name, and delete folders
  • Use of programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Multitask using multiple screens while surfing the web
