WHAT TO EXPECT
Here is the scope of services and the kinds of tasks one can expect to handle when choosing to contract with this client and provide call center services for this particular program opportunity.
Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, membership, and/or marketplace order.
Create a case in client system for every interaction
Research customers account to accurately identify best solution/answer for customer inquiry
Use client knowledge base to provide customer with accurate and complete information
Utilize resources provided when necessary
Consistently achieve minimum service requirements outlined on contract
Follow all log in requirements properly
Utilize our 24/7 technical support resource when in need of assistance
Maintain excellent communication skills via email, text, and phone
Ability to log in and out of systems as requested to provide services in a timely manner
Ability to stay committed to the work schedule you set and/or create yourself
*Per Client Compensation Policy; pay starts at the bare minimum rate listed above when contracted to provide call center services. Incentives and higher compensation rates solely depend on the individuals call quality and ability to log in and out of work on time.
