Cruise Line Client Now Hiring!

Set sail with this exciting opportunity to provide call center services for the Cruise Line Client - Two certification sessions available with both morning and afternoon classes:

  1. June 17th, 2019

  2. July 9th, 2019



Here is the scope of services and the kinds of tasks one can expect to handle when choosing to contract with this client and provide call center services for this particular program opportunity.

Sales Department - Earn $10 to $16+ per hour

  • Inbound calls for assistance with bookings from client’s customer, assisting with cruise specific questions, quotes and more.

  • Maintain top sales performance by showcasing expert sales technique and overcoming customer objections.

  • Transferring of inbound calls or outbound calls to other client-designated internal support departments or client account representatives.

  • Possible outbound calls to client designated internal support departments, client customer for status and clarification purposes

  • Ability to log in and out of systems as requested to provide services in a timely manner

Customer Service Department - Earn $9 to $15 per hour

  • Serve on the front lines of the guest and Travel Agent partners experience

  • Interact with guests and Travel Agent partners via phone; focusing on questions related to "C" cruises, destinations, ship amenities, and many other pre-cruise related items

  • Provide consistent, high quality support to all guests and Travel Agent partners

  • Research, navigate, and locate answers to guests and Travel Agent partners questions and concerns

  • Leverage the Client’s website, internal web based knowledge service, system tools, and other resources to independently respond to inquiries

  • Document all calls, detailed resolution, and follow up to actions

  • Ability to log in and out of systems as requested to provide services in a timely manner

*Per Client Compensation Policy; pay starts at the bare minimum rate listed above when contracted to provide call center services. Incentives and higher compensation rates solely depend on the individuals call quality and ability to log in and out of work to provide proper services on time. Invoices and Deposits are posted on the 1st and 15th of each month.
