WHAT TO EXPECT
Here is the scope of services and the kinds of tasks one can expect to handle when choosing to contract with this client and provide call center services for this particular program opportunity.
Serve as an extension of the client in helping connect individuals with the transportation needed to fulfill their medical needs.
Interact with Customers and providers, answering question related to the appointment in question.
Interact with a wide demographic , providing an exemplary level of customer service.
Display patience and empathy.
Log in and out of systems as requested to provide services in a timely manner.
Here is the scope of skills and experiences recommended to ensure the project and your performance is completed accurately and proficiently; preferred but not required.
*Don't worry, you'll be taught the majority of this in the certification course!
Prior call center and/or customer service experience preferred but not required
Confident, articulate, professional speaking abilities, and empathetic listener
Excellent verbal communication, listening skills, and excellent phone etiquette (Clear crisp speech)
Clear understanding of the English language as well as an ability to clearly communicate in the English language
Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
Excellent judgment and decision making skills
Ability to multitask efficiently between phones and computers
Enthusiasm and a strong goal-oriented work ethic
Ability to ask probing questions and overcome objections
High School Diploma preferred but not required
Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and certification course to become certified
Ability to log in and out of systems as requested to provide services in a timely manner
