To be eligible for the $200 New Agent Incentive (the “Incentive”), participants must create their Arise® Portal Profile using the unique referral code 1023614 at the time of profile creation, enroll in their first certification class through the Arise® Platform, and complete a minimum of 120 intervals (60 hours) of service before October 30, 2025. Incentive payments will be issued only after all eligibility and servicing requirements have been met and verified, and processing may take up to six (6) weeks following verification.
This Incentive is a one-time offer available exclusively to new agents who have not previously created an Arise® Portal Profile or held any prior or active Arise® account. Participants must enter referral code 1023614 during profile creation to qualify. This offer is valid through December 31, 2025, is non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, including but not limited to the Refer a Friend Referral Incentive.
